GainDrive Android and GainDrive iOS ("the apps") and GainDrive Server are developed by Kasper Peeters. This policy explains how the apps and the server handle your information. In short: the apps and the server do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Account information which you use to access third-party servers will be sent to them and subject to the privacy policies of those third-party servers.
None. The apps do not collect personal information, do not create user accounts, and do not send any data about you or your device to us or to anyone else. User account information necessary to connect to a subsonic-compatible server from which the apps play audio/video is subject to the privacy policy of the provider of that server and are not shared with anyone else.
To play your audio/video, the apps request permission to read audio/video files stored on your device. This is used solely to find and play those files. Playlists, playback history, and any settings you choose are uploaded only to the subsonic-compatible server to which you connect the apps in order to play audio/video.
The apps and the server contain no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking software.
The apps and the server are not directed at children and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.
